Terms of Service
High‑level summary for prospective customers. Formal terms are provided with each proposal.
- Scope. SetLogic provides consulting, design, migration, and managed services around email, cloud infrastructure, and security for business customers.
- No consumer services. We work with organisations only; our services are not aimed at individual consumers.
- Engagements. Each project or managed service is covered by a written Statement of Work or contract that specifies deliverables, SLAs, pricing, and payment terms.
- Uptime and support. Where we manage infrastructure on your behalf we operate on a best‑effort basis within agreed service hours, and escalate to underlying vendors (for example cloud providers) as needed.
- Customer responsibilities. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance, acceptable use of services, and keeping your contact details up to date.
- Liability. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services in the preceding 12 months, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
- Jurisdiction. Our contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
