We only collect the minimum information we need to run our services and respond to enquiries from UK businesses.

• Website forms. When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter (name, email, company, and message) by email.
• Support data. For existing customers we may temporarily store technical information (logs, configuration exports, screenshots) in order to investigate and resolve tickets.
• Analytics. We do not use invasive tracking or third‑party advertising pixels on this site.
• Retention. Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months for audit and follow‑up. Support data is retained only for as long as needed to resolve the issue.
• Sharing. We do not sell customer data. We may share limited information with trusted suppliers such as cloud providers or registrars strictly for the purpose of delivering our services.
• Your rights. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@setlogic.co.uk.

If you are an existing managed customer, your service contract and data‑processing agreement take precedence over this summary.
